Information on postal options: For 2023 Graduates: Parchments for Dublin 2023 graduations will commence postage from the week beginning 13th November. The option of in-person collection from the Dublin campus will be also available on an appointment basis from this time onwards. For in-person collection of these parchments from the Dublin campus, please fill in the form after November 13th, selecting the Free option below and then contact the Student Records office via email to arrange a collection time. For Cork, postage and collection will be available from week commencing 20th November. For Limerick, postage and collection will be available from week commencing 27th November 2023. For all other graduates: If you wish to apply for postage for parchments predating 2022 (inclusive) there will be an additional charge of €30 to retrieve your parchment from storage, as well as the cost of postage itself. After paying: The relevant fee for any of the above can be selected and paid below. Once you have made your payment, please contact the Student Records office at [email protected] and include a copy of receipt of payment of this fee in order for your request to be processed.
