Parchments can be collected from the Student Services Office (D209) during the following times: • 10 am – 1pm & 2pm – 6.15pm Monday to Thursday • 10am – 1pm & 2pm – 4pm Friday Collection outside of these times is by appointment only If you wish for a friend to collect your parchment on your behalf, please e-mail [email protected] stating your name, student number and the name of the person who will be collecting your parchment during the allocated times (above). Please note photographic ID must be presented when collecting parchments Please note the deadline to apply for Parchment collection is 20th December. After this date, any parchments remaining on file will be put into secure storage. If you wish to collect after this date there will be a charge of €30 to retrieve your parchment from storage.
